Rather than allowing everyone to chat with you at an exact same time, why not simply enable chat for the people you would in fact intend to have real-time conversations with.
Luckily Facebook has choices to switch off chat for every person except those you pick, turn ON chat for picked people and switch off chat for all buddies.

To turn OFF conversation for chosen individuals, switch on conversation for selected close friends and completely switch off chat for all buddies follow the bellow tutorial,
Step 1
Go to www.facebook.com as well as login to your account
Step 2
Click on establishing symbol at bottom right of the page and also click on Turn Off Chat as revealed bellow,
Step 3
You may pick any of the adhering to 3 options to shut off conversation.
More Tips
Option-1
Select Switch off chat for only some close friends ... in next popup home window and also include the good friends in rectangle-shaped box and press Okay switch to which you intend to disable chatting as shown bellow,
Option-2
To switch off conversation other than some buddies choose the alternative Shut off conversation for all buddies except ... and also click Okay button as shown listed below,
